Sarah Dinan Live

So this is a little late, but better late than never.  So last Friday (11/9/2007), a friend of mine invited me out to hear a Celtic/Irish band play.  She was playing fiddle for them.  My gf and I didn’t make it there for the opening, but we made it there for the last hour or so.  It was held at Dominican Joe’s, a cool little coffee place down on South Congress.  I’m not sure how the crowd was in the beginning, but by the time we got there it was a pretty small group.  The setting seemed a little much for what was still there.  The music, however, was great.  Sarah has a beautiful voice and the guy playing guitar was good and had a great voice as well.  And of course my friend’s fiddling skills were bar none.   If you like the Celtic sound, check Sarah Dinan out on her website or iTunes.
